At the heart of Prana’s inception lies Proteus LS, Goldmund’s proprietary modeling software. The modelling calculates the loudspeaker system in impedance, volume velocity, membrane displacement, and sound pressure anywhere in space, amplitude, phase and group delay.

Prana is a 3-way active speaker, delivering a frequency response of 35 Hz to 25 kHz (-6 dB). Each unit houses one amplifier per driver, with a total of 600W of Telos power— Goldmund’s exclusive Class A/B amplification technology, derived from decades of research and refinement. Highly linear analog components, a high-bandwidth circuit, and custom-made electronic elements set the built-in Telos amplifiers apart, exerting precise control over Prana’s drivers.
