WHO WE ARE
The PP may be updated at all times by GOLDMUND. The most recent version of the PP rules the way GOLDMUND uses and processes the Data. On-going access or use of GOLDMUND.COM after an update of the PP implies acceptance by the User of the updated PP. If you have objections to the PP, you should not access or use the Site.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
Extranet log in
There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future Goldmund Distributor and Media support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information.
When visitors register to the extranet on the Site we collect the data shown in the registration form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service PP is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of registration, your profile picture is visible to you and to Goldmund extranet administrators.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
HOW DO WE USE YOR DATA
We use your Registration Information to:
- Allow your connection to the Extranet and use of its features;
- Communicate with you;
- To gauge visitor traffic, trends and deliver personalised content to you while you are at this Site;
- Screen our registrations for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
