The Eidos 19 Multiformat turntable is based on Goldmund's experience in designing the Eidos 36, the most accurate CD and DVD transport ever designed. Extending the same construction principles to a multiformat unit, able to play not only DVDand CDs but also SACD and DVDVideo, the Eidos 19D also includes D/A to become the most versatile player in the industry. The Eidos 19D adds to these features progressive RGB Video and Digital Video Output

• The Eidos 19D plays Audio CD, Video CD, CD-R, CD-RW, SACD, DVDVideo, DVDAudio, DVD-R in DVDVideo format, DVD-RW in DVD-Video format and MP3 discs.
• The chassis of the Goldmund Eidos 19D is a strong, rigid steel cell structure which receives the internal equipment of the unit. It uses rigidity improvement metal parts to maximize reading accuracy, especially for the CD formats
• Three Video outputs are provided in standard :
  1. 1 x S-Video connector.
  2. 3 x RCA Component Video 75 Ohms coaxial connectors.
  3. 1 x DVI Digital Video connector.
• Analogue Audio Outputs include a 2 channel (2 x RCA) and a 6 channel (6 x RCA) connection with 192kHz 24dB playback capability.
• The digital Audio output is provided on a RCA SPDIF75 Ohms connector, as well as a Toslink terminal.
• The power supply uses an isolation transformer with built-in Goldmund "AC-Curator" circuitry.
• All player functions may be controlled by a built-in RS232 link.
• The front and side panels of the unit are finished in silver anodized aluminum.
• Universal Player matching the Goldmund High End line size and finish.
• Built-in Mechanical Grounding transport rigidifier and Goldmund Magnetic Damper.
